How We’re Closing the Gap.
100,000 people are on the transplant waiting list. 48,000+ transplants happened in 2024. The gap between those numbers is where our work lives — and where your support makes a difference.
Four Ways We Drive Change
Storytelling & Awareness Campaigns
We produce and distribute compelling media — video, social content, and written narratives — centered on real transplant stories. Mark’s story is our most powerful tool, but it is not the only one. Every donor family, every recipient, every person who said yes has a story that can change someone else’s mind.
As an award-winning filmmaker, Mark brings professional storytelling craft to the mission. We don’t just share statistics — we create emotional, narrative-driven content that makes the abstract real and the urgent personal.
DMV & Community Outreach
We work to reach people at the exact moments when their decision to become a donor is most relevant — license renewals, community events, healthcare touchpoints, and school programs. We partner with DMVs, civic organizations, faith communities, and healthcare providers to embed our message in the spaces where decisions get made.
The goal isn’t awareness for its own sake — it’s awareness that converts directly into registrations. We measure our impact in boxes checked, not impressions generated.
Program 04: Transplant Community Mobilization
The transplant community — recipients, waiting patients, donor families, and clinicians — are the most credible voices in this conversation. We equip and amplify those voices, turning lived experience into advocacy that reaches new audiences.
Donor Support & Policy Advocacy
We advocate for policies that support organ donation, including financial reimbursement for living donors, expanded DMV partnerships, and public education funding. Every policy win creates more donors — systematically, at scale.
