What we do

How We’re Closing the Gap.

100,000 people are on the transplant waiting list. 48,000+ transplants happened in 2024. The gap between those numbers is where our work lives — and where your support makes a difference.

Four Ways We Drive Change

— Program 01

Storytelling & Awareness Campaigns

We produce and distribute compelling media — video, social content, and written narratives — centered on real transplant stories. Mark’s story is our most powerful tool, but it is not the only one. Every donor family, every recipient, every person who said yes has a story that can change someone else’s mind.

As an award-winning filmmaker, Mark brings professional storytelling craft to the mission. We don’t just share statistics — we create emotional, narrative-driven content that makes the abstract real and the urgent personal.

Why it works

Why storytelling drives action

  • Personal narrative bypasses resistance in ways statistics never can
  • Seeing a real face and hearing a real voice creates empathy — the precursor to action
  • Stories are shareable — each one multiplies reach beyond our direct audience
  • Film and video reach audiences who never read nonprofit newsletters
The DMV Moment

“Mark here.” — Two words that can save eight lives.

— Program 02

DMV & Community Outreach

We work to reach people at the exact moments when their decision to become a donor is most relevant — license renewals, community events, healthcare touchpoints, and school programs. We partner with DMVs, civic organizations, faith communities, and healthcare providers to embed our message in the spaces where decisions get made.

The goal isn’t awareness for its own sake — it’s awareness that converts directly into registrations. We measure our impact in boxes checked, not impressions generated.
